Room 234 is next to the Air Conditioning machine on the roof of the hotel which was extremely noisey all night making sleep impossible. A night sleep is a prerequisite of any hotel!!!!
It was so near aviva stadium.
The hotel is really nice, we were going to the Aviva Stadium, so it was a perfect location for us.
I found the staff at Receiption were a bit curt, and not as friendly as I have come to expect from Hotels in Dublin, but professional.
a pretty decent, somewhat sterile place, with friendly staff, rooms of adequate size and appropriately priced (room).
as usual, the charges for wireless internet are outrageous-- free wifi should be part of any decent business hotel worth its name. the lounge/restaurant area was freezing, due to unseasonably cold weather, but still. the other peculiar thing: no easily accessible electrical outlets to charge computer/cell phone. hairdryer was not working.
Comfortable rooms, attentive staff and facilities that work
Very conveniently situated hotel with helpful staff. It was a winter wonderland when the snow fell. Excellent breakfasts.
Having to pay to keep the car in the carpark.
Liked the location, accessibility to the city, both walking and taxis, buses etc. Important that noise level of traffic lowered at night.
Good central location, immediately adjacent to the new aviva sataium
Breakfast could have been warmer, particularly at this time of year.
The welcome was warm and very efficient. The room and service was faultless and the willingness of all staff to help was remarkable especially as the rugby international increased the pressure. Well done.
Staff very friendly and professional. Because of high quality of all staff, everything else works v well. Breakfast was excellent. It's also a very well located hotel, and I would strongly recommend it.
We had an excellent experience; maybe allow one child to stay free in parents room, and charge only for breakfast. But, not a major issue.
very comfortable with easy access to Aviva RDS and town. left boots at hotel and they posted them the following day
no coffee or tea making facilities in the room
The Hotel was extremely convenient to The Exhibition Centre and we also valued the direct bus route to The City Centre. Local Restaurants had good offers and great value.
Great value hotel in beautiful residential area.Very convenient to some excellent restaurants R.D.S,Aviva stadium.Beef salad in lounge restaurant of hotel excellent.Parking hassle free
Alot of the rooms have interconnecting doors .
Breakfast very expensive * 3 when added on to cost of room
The hotel is very impressive and comfortable. it is in a great location with good restaurants around.
Having to pay for the parking seperately it not being included in the room price
